Process

Intake, design, deliver. Automation where it is honest.

We use machines for the tedious and the wide: research sweeps, first drafts, technical checks, schema scaffolding. We do not use them to invent testimonials, clinical claims, or a personality for the firm.

01

Intake

A structured brief, access to Search Console if you have it, the live site, and a conversation about the work you actually want. We sample how Google and a handful of AI tools currently answer the queries that matter in your vertical. You get a written view — including “do not spend money on this yet” if that is the truth.

02

Design the system

Information architecture, page inventory, tone, schema plan, and the visual register. For a rebuild this includes design; for an optimisation it includes what to keep. Copy is drafted against real questions, not a keyword dump. You review. We do not surprise a COLP, a CQC manager or a principal on launch day.

03

Deliver

Build or implement, redirects if we are moving URLs, metadata, sitemap, forms, and a pass on mobile performance. Then we show you how to update the things that go stale — hours, fee bands, people — because a beautiful site that nobody can touch is a liability.

What is automated, and what is not

Crawl diagnostics, outline generation, internal-link suggestions and first-pass metadata can be machine-assisted. So can a check of how an assistant currently answers “best dentist for implants in [town]”. The decision to publish, the legal and clinical boundaries, the design, and the refusal to stuff a page — those stay with a person who will put their name on the work.

If a later phase of the product productises more of this, it will still be phase-wise: humans on the judgements that can harm a practice. We would rather be slightly slower than accidentally fluent. The commercial shape of that work is onservices — usually anaudit first — and you canbook an audit when you want the written view.

Next step

Book an audit. We will say if the site can carry the work.

Audits from about £700. Websites about £2–3k. Retainers from about £750/month. If a rebuild is the better path, we will say so before anyone is out of pocket.
